Regional Director of Nursing (RN)

Responsibilities

• Works in collaboration with the Health Services Administrator (HSA)
• Led directing, managing, and evaluating all clinical nursing operations
• Responsible for staff development, nursing education, management of nursing practice
• Ensures all operations are in compliance with contract requirements, NCCHC, ACA, and professional nursing standards
• Directs nursing care to provide quality healthcare and achieve the goals of the nursing department
• Ensures the integration of evidence-based practice and research application that fosters nursing excellence in the delivery of care

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Arizona
• Bachelor's in nursing preferred
• A valid BLS card from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive administrative/management experience in a healthcare setting, with 1 year experience in correctional healthcare preferred
