Regional Director of Nursing - Hospice

About the Role

Our client is a well-established Hospice organization with a current opening for a Regional Director of Nursing. This position can be based out of any of their locations (Taos, Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Las Vegas, Raton, or Alamogordo). Relocation candidates are welcome to apply.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Medicare Hospice leadership experience
• Excellent understanding of state and federal hospice regulations

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day clinical operations
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Hire, train, and mentor staff
• Lead an interdisciplinary clinical team
