Regional Director of Marketing and Business Development LTC/SNF

About the role

The Regional Director of Marketing & Business Development will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives and building strong business relationships within the skilled-nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase patient admissions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with area hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
• Manage marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing and business development

Requirements

• Previous Director of Marketing experience in LTC/SNF or similar setting
• Ability to network and build positive business relationships with area hospitals, clinics to draw admissions
• Strong communication & Interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the Philadelphia, PA area preferred
