About the role
BaneCare Management is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and support to Maintenance Directors across multiple facilities
- Ensure compliance with CMS, DPH, OSHA, NFPA, and Life Safety Code requirements
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs, facility audits, and survey readiness
- Manage capital improvement projects, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades
- Develop long-term capital replacement and asset management plans
- Standardize systems, processes, and maintenance best practices across the organization
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements
- Support acquisitions, facility transitions, and organizational growth initiatives
Qualifications
- 7+ years of healthcare maintenance experience required
- 3+ years of multi-site maintenance leadership experience preferred
- Skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Life Safety Code, OSHA, CMS, and healthcare facility operations
- Experience with capital planning, project management, and regulatory compliance
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Certified Healthcare Facility Manager, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC certifications/licenses are a plus

Travel Requirement
Approximately 80% travel throughout Massachusetts with availability for emergency response as needed.
