Regional Director of Clinical Services

About the role

The Regional Clinical Director provides clinical leadership and operational oversight for skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) across two positions:

• Position 1: 4 centers (1 in Phoenix, Arizona; 3 in Nevada: 2 in Las Vegas, 1 in Reno)
• Position 2: 5 centers in Arizona (2 in East Valley, Payson, Globe, Yuma)

The role requires maintaining a strong onsite presence across all assigned facilities, delivering strategic clinical leadership, mentoring interdisciplinary teams, and driving operational excellence through regular travel between locations. Candidates must reside in Arizona or Nevada and be able to travel frequently.

Requirements

• Registered nurse with an active state license
• Minimum 5 years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility
• At least 3 years of experience in skilled nursing care or related industry
• Knowledge of state and federal guidelines governing post-acute and long-term care services
• Previous experience with Point Click Care is required

• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
• Knowledgeable of practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines governing post-acute care facilities
• Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
• Proficient in all competency areas including patient rights, safety, and sanitation
• Maintain professional working relationships with associates, vendors, and others
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary and/or confidential information
• Understand and follow company policies including harassment and compliance procedures
• Adhere to Life Care’s Code of Conduct and complete mandatory compliance training
