Regional Director of Business Development
AVIR Health Group is seeking an experienced leader to drive business development and growth initiatives across Region 11.
About the role
This position provides strategic leadership and support to community-based business development teams, focusing on census growth, referral development, market positioning, and achievement of organizational goals. The role involves developing and implementing regional strategies, identifying market opportunities, strengthening referral partnerships, and building high-performing teams for sustainable growth. Locations supported include Avir at Bay City, Beeville, Bellville, Corpus Christi, Corpus Christi Villas, Cotulla, Portland, River Ridge, and Sealy.
Responsibilities
- Lead business development and growth initiatives across Region 11.
- Develop and implement regional strategies to drive census growth and referral development.
- Identify market opportunities and strengthen referral partnerships.
- Build and lead high-performing teams focused on sustainable growth.
- Analyze market trends and develop effective action plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or skilled nursing.
- Regional or multi-site experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to drive census growth, develop referral relationships, and execute market strategies.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, computer applications, and social media marketing.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
