Qualifications
- RN license (may consider LPN with previous management experience)
- Minimum of 5 years nursing experience in long-term care, skilled nursing and post-acute care setting
- Previous leadership experience preferred (DON, ADON, SDC, Unit manager or similar role)
- Knowledge of the survey process, infection control, quality measures and clinical operations within a long-term setting preferred
- Must be willing to travel to frequently to said facilities.
