Responsibilities
- Manage territory to solicit new properties for BWH brand
- Identify and research effective sales and marketing methods
- Execute plans to achieve unit growth quotas
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in sales-related roles, including management in hospitality or real estate
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge in hospitality, real estate, or franchise sales
- Proven track record in achieving sales and growth targets
- Effective relational skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders
