Regional Director, North America Hotel Development (Remote-US)

Responsibilities

• Manage territory to solicit new properties for BWH brand
• Identify and research effective sales and marketing methods
• Execute plans to achieve unit growth quotas

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in sales-related roles, including management in hospitality or real estate
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge in hospitality, real estate, or franchise sales
• Proven track record in achieving sales and growth targets
• Effective relational skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders
