Responsibilities
- Lead logistics operations across North and South America for clinical trial materials
- Develop and execute the Global Logistics Operating Plan
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal SOPs
- Manage regional logistics teams and daily operations
- Monitor service levels and implement improvement plans
- Serve as primary contact for client discussions and logistics solutions
- Instill a culture of continuous improvement within the logistics team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics/Business (or equivalent experience in Logistics/Transportation)
- 5 years in Logistics/Transportation within the CRO industry or similar company
- 5 years of leadership experience
- Experience with Integrators and Airfreight Forwarders
- Negotiation skills and strong customer satisfaction abilities
