Regional Director, Enterprise - New England

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Regional Director Enterprise - New England to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing sales talent
• Understand and address customer pain points using the company's value proposition
• Create and execute a plan for business success and accurate forecasting
• Act as executive sponsor for key partners, generating pipeline and closing opportunities
• Coach and motivate sales team to exceed targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
• 5–8+ years of direct sales leadership experience in software/SaaS
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth
• Comfortable thriving in dynamic, ambiguous environments
• Demonstrated ownership mentality with high levels of integrity

Compensation: $145,250 – $207,500 annually
