About the role

As the Regional Director Corporate Accounts, you will collaborate with a cross-functional group—including modality, commercial, and executive team members—to expand United Imaging’s presence in the corporate healthcare market. Your focus will be on developing, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN), national imaging centers, and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO). You will serve as the strategic architect for corporate account management, ensuring a holistic approach to customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategy and business plan for corporate account penetration within a given region, leveraging United Imaging’s product and business solution portfolio to increase market presence.
  • Establish and grow the United Imaging brand in the region, expanding the installed base and reputation by consistently exceeding customer expectations.
  • Navigate the complexities of corporate accounts, aligning United Imaging personnel with customer environment needs.
  • Lead and support a deal team—including account executives, modality managers, product management, and executive leadership—to execute strategies that drive adoption of United Imaging’s brand and products.
  • Understand unique customer needs and shape them into mutually beneficial partnerships, serving as the voice of the customer on imaging trends.
  • Consult and present product offerings and business solutions, guiding customers through the sales process.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, such as clinical leaders, supply chain executives, IDN and GPO leaders, and other stakeholders influencing equipment decisions.
  • Support the account team in developing and maintaining a qualified sales funnel to ensure over-achievement of targets.
  • Develop, nurture, and maintain customer references and an installed base to support national show sites.
  • Maintain deep domain expertise in healthcare imaging modalities, including market and competitive intelligence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategic healthcare accounts.
  • Extensive knowledge of medical imaging and healthcare market trends.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive teams toward successful outcomes.
  • Proven ability to build a strong sales funnel and impactful client relationships.
  • Strong customer orientation, high energy, and motivation, with a willingness to travel 50% or more within an assigned region.
