Regional Director, Capital

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, coaching, and development of Account Managers to ensure high performance
• Execute field strategies and marketing plans aligned with company objectives
• Participate in crafting and implementing national sales strategies
• Coach team members using approved training resources to enhance job performance
• Conduct periodic business reviews, presenting plans to the corporate leadership team
• Analyze field reports to track progress against objectives and identify areas for improvement
• Foster collaboration across departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years in the pharmaceutical sector, with 7+ years in sales or market access roles
• 5+ years of management experience leading sales or market access teams
• Demonstrated success in specialty pharmacy sales, with proven performance metrics
• Strong understanding of reimbursement and insurance coverage for physician-administered treatments

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
