Regional Director

Job Summary

AZ Region Cadence Education is currently seeking a Regional Director in Phoenix, Tucson, and surrounding areas. Must reside in Arizona. Our mission is to provide exceptional education and a nurturing environment for children. We are looking for passionate professionals to join our team.

Essential Functions

• Maintain school standards according to licensing authorities, government programs, and company policies.
• Create and implement a strategic plan to drive results and manage resources for competitive advantage.
• Stay informed about industry policies, practices, and trends.
• Develop and manage an operating business plan to support growth strategies and processes.
• Ensure the health, safety, and security of children, staff, and facilities.
• Analyze financial indicators to gauge performance and suggest strategies.
• Seek out grants and accreditation assistance.
• Establish and maintain systems for safety and supervision, ensuring schools are safe, clean, and educational.
• Communicate new policies to relevant parties to keep communication updated.
• Build and deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations through positive customer interactions.

• Ability to travel and work nights and weekends as needed.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Ability to allocate resources effectively and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to utilize appropriate management techniques.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as a team member with peers, other managers, staff, and leadership.
• Effective customer service and communication skills, maintaining confidentiality standards.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Early Childhood Education, or related field; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• At least seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in a related management position in an education setting.
