Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans for distribution partners
- Analyze territory opportunities and build strategic relationships
- Grow revenue through product penetration and new business opportunities
- Deliver sales presentations and conduct product training
- Monitor competitive activity and implement protective strategies
- Support promotional programs and new product launches
- Cook up marketing activities with distribution partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 3 years of field sales experience in 2-step distribution
- Strong negotiation skills for complex sales processes
- An analytical mindset for interpreting business metrics
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Confident presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
