Regional Dedicated Truck Driver | Gulfport, MS

Job Summary

Knight Transportation is seeking experienced CDL A truck drivers, with a TWIC card, to operate regional freight routes to Louisiana from Gulfport, MS. The position offers an average weekly pay of $900 and a compensation of $0.58 per mile.

Responsibilities

• Drive trucks on regional freight routes
• Operate under a 5-day out, 2-days home schedule
• Operate with a valid Class A commercial driver's license
• Must have a TWIC card

Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license
• 6 months of Class A driving experience within the last year or 1 year of Class A driving experience within the last 5 years
• No DUI within the past 5 years or 10 years if CDL holder at the time of DUI
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
• No more than 1 preventable accident in the past 2 years, no major accident within the past 5 years
• Pass a DOT physical and drug test

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug tests

Skills

• Knowledge of DOT regulations
• Experience operating regional freight routes
