Regional Coordinator - Order and Distribution
About the Role
In the Regional Coordinator role, you will support order and distribution execution for Mack Trucks North American Sales and Marketing. The Regional Coordinator serves as the primary operational liaison between Mack Trucks, our dealer network, and internal business partners to ensure accurate order execution, timely production scheduling, and exceptional customer delivery performance. This position plays a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction by proactively managing order exceptions, communicating production updates, and driving continuous process improvement across the order-to-delivery lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Customer & Dealer Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned dealers and regional sales teams.
- Deliver timely updates regarding production schedules, factory changes, quality holds, and order status.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
- Order Management
- Monitor vehicle orders from placement through delivery.
- Resolve order discrepancies and system exceptions.
- Coordinate Return-to-Stock, Dealer Transfers, Reversals, Available Vehicles, and other order adjustments.
- Ensure billing accuracy to support timely invoicing and customer payments.
- Process Management
- Administer internal processes supporting regulatory compliance.
- Monitor workflow queues and shared mailboxes to ensure service level expectations are met.
- Identify opportunities to improve order management processes and customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience (5+ years) in customer service, operations, logistics, or order management will also be considered.
- Technical knowledge of Mack product offerings and abilities.
- Experience in multi-faceted problem solving and experience with customer/dealer contact.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint.
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency preferred.

Pay
The base pay for this position is set at $63,100.00 - $77,900.00 annually, and where applicable, bonus eligible. The range and final salary offered are determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience. In addition, pay equity and internal equity of current team members are considered.
