Responsibilities

• Maintain and report on monthly consolidated financial statements and provide analytical insights.
• Analyze balance sheet variances and prepare management reports.
• Evaluate and ensure compliance with accounting policies.

• Requirements

  • Proficient with personal computers and information systems relevant to job duties.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent team building and organizational skills.
  • Thorough knowledge and application of principles of effective communication.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and effectively present ideas and concepts to groups.
  • Well organized with persistent follow through technique.
  • Supervisory and teaching skills.

  • Knowledge of legislative and regulatory changes affecting the laboratory industry.

  Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree in Accounting or other Business related field.
  • CPA License preferred.
  • Five to seven years of progressive accounting/financial experience, including three years of supervisory experience.
