About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of project managers in delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget. They will also be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring project success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of project managers in delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Monitor project costs and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure project goals are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or related field.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices.
  • Experience with project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
  • Understanding of contract law and risk management.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
