Core Responsibilities
- Drive community-led growth by building and growing engaged local creator communities across Discord, Reddit, creator-native platforms, and regional social channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and advocacy.
- Build the local creator ecosystem by recruiting, supporting, and engaging creators, studios, agencies, moderators, and community leaders through creator programs, community initiatives, and long-term relationship building.
- Strengthen Tripo's local presence by representing the company at creator meetups, workshops, conferences, universities, and industry events, while expanding Tripo's visibility and market penetration within the local AI and 3D ecosystem.
- Execute localized marketing initiatives by adapting global messaging for local audiences and collaborating on social campaigns, creator stories, tutorials, influencer partnerships, and community content that resonate with regional creators.
- Act as the voice of the local market by collecting community feedback, creator insights, market trends, and competitor intelligence, and partnering with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to improve product adoption and regional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with experience in community management, creator operations, growth marketing, partnerships, or regional operations.
- Strong understanding of the 3D ecosystem and creator workflows.
- Experience in AI, 3D, gaming, VR/XR, 3D printing, design software, creative tools, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Familiar with creator communities and platforms such as Discord, Reddit, and other creator-native ecosystems.
- Experience growing and managing online communities is a strong plus.
- Passionate about creator ecosystems with strong networking, relationship-building, and community engagement skills, both online and offline.
- Experience organizing creator meetups, workshops, conferences, community events, or industry activities is preferred.
- Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and analytical skills.
- Fluent English is required; additional local languages are a plus.
