About the role
A regional leader in Vivie's network, this position oversees clinical operations across multiple communities to ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Ensure exceptional resident care through resident assessments, care plan development, and nursing interventions.
- Lead and develop clinical teams by supervising, mentoring, and supporting staff, ensuring high performance through training, coaching, and regulatory adherence.
- Oversee medication management, infection control, and safety programs, ensuring compliance with state regulations and best practices.
- Drive business and financial operations by assisting with budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation, while monitoring documentation for accurate billing and service levels.
- Strengthen relationships and marketing efforts by collaborating with marketing teams, referral sources, and families to support resident recruitment and retention.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.
- BLS certification required.
- Three to five years of leadership experience in healthcare; assisted living or long-term care experience required.
Qualifications
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Expertise in Electronic Health Record (EHR) software, with a solid understanding of patient data management, scheduling, and charting systems.
- Strong knowledge of assisted living and long-term care regulations.
- Ability to respond to emergencies, assess residents' needs, and implement care plans.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Skills

Pay & Schedule
- Pay Range: $90,000 to $110,000 (salaried exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.
- Schedule: Full-time | 80 hours per pay period | Monday-Friday | 8 am – 4:30 pm. Weekly travel required.
