Regional Clinical Support

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support and guidance to nursing teams across multiple skilled nursing facilities
• Aid in clinical operations, audits, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives
• Support facilities with survey readiness and follow-up action plans
• Collaborate with DONs, ADONs, and facility leadership teams
• Aid in staffing and clinical coverage needs as necessary
• Review clinical documentation, care plans, and nursing processes for compliance and accuracy
• Drive positive clinical outcomes and continuity of care across the region
• Travel regularly throughout the Cleveland/Northern Ohio market

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered Ohio RN license required
• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience required
• Prior leadership experience preferred (DON, ADON, Unit Manager, Clinical Consultant, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of state and federal nursing home regulations
• Experience with survey readiness and clinical compliance
• PointClickCare (PCC) experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Able to travel throughout Northern Ohio facilities as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
