Responsibilities

  • Ensure Exceptional Resident Care
    • Conduct resident assessments, develop holistic care plans, and provide nursing interventions to support the physical, emotional, and social well-being of residents.
    • Lead and Develop Teams
      • Supervise, mentor, and support clinical staff, ensuring high performance through training, coaching, and regulatory adherence.
      • Act as a stabilizing presence during leadership transitions.
    • Drive Compliance and Quality Assurance
      • Oversee medication management, infection control, and safety programs, ensuring compliance with state regulations and best practices in assisted living and long-term care.
      • Support Business and Financial Operations
        • Aid in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation, while monitoring documentation for accurate billing and service levels.
      • Strengthen Relationships and Marketing Efforts
        • Collaborate with marketing teams, referral sources, and families to ensure a strong presence in the community and support resident recruitment and retention.

    Requirements

    • Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.
    • BLS certification required.
    • Three to five years of leadership experience in healthcare; assisted living or long-term care experience required.

    Qualifications

    • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Demonstrated expertise in Electronic Health Record (EHR) software, with a solid understanding of patient data management, scheduling, and charting systems.
    • Strong knowledge of assisted living and long-term care regulations.
    • Ability to respond to emergencies, assess residents needs, and implement care plans.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

    Skills

    • Ability to travel between multiple Vivie communities weekly.

    Pay

    Pay Range: $90,000 to $110,000 (salaried exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.

    Schedule

    Schedule: Full-time | 80 hours per pay period | Monday-Friday | 8 am – 4:30 pm. Weekly travel required.
