Regional Clinic Supervisor (Hybrid - Region 3 Central/Plains) - Veterans Evaluation Services

About the role

Maximus is currently hiring for a Regional Clinic Supervisor to join our Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) team. This hybrid position requires work both onsite at our brick‑and‑mortar clinic locations in Houston, TX and El Paso, TX, as well as remotely from home. The Regional Clinic Supervisor supports and oversees a team of Clinic Intake Specialists (CIS) and Senior Clinic Intake Specialists in the Central/Plains region and will travel frequently to clinics throughout Texas and the surrounding region as business needs dictate. Only U.S. citizens or Green Card holders are eligible.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinic Intake schedules on a weekly/daily basis to ensure clinics are staffed.
• Provide support, guidance, and ongoing training to Clinic Intake Specialists and Senior Intakes.
• Address issues and concerns of Clinic Intake staff and communicate with RCM for any necessary follow‑up.
• Conduct new Clinic Intake onboarding and training.
• Identify training needs and development opportunities for subordinates.
• Develop work schedules and assign duties to ensure efficiency.
• Discuss job performance concerns with subordinates, work closely with HR to resolve problems, and evaluate performance for appropriate personnel action.
• Ensure compliance with company Wage & Hour policy, including proper rest and meal breaks for non‑exempt employees.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat; beginner knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask and delegate.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and security requirements.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
• Familiarity with company policies and procedures.
• Desire to assist wounded veterans with a caring, positive, and patriotic attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US and live within a commutable distance to Houston, TX.

Home Office Requirements

• Use Maximus‑provided equipment; new hires must use company‑provided equipment.
• Internet speed of 20 Mbps or higher (test at www.speedtest.net).
• Connectivity via Wi‑Fi or Category 5/6 Ethernet patch cable to the home router.
• Private work area with an adequate power source.

Compensation

Minimum Salary: $62,925.00

Maximum Salary: $62,925.00
