The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. I need to follow the rules: 1. Use

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) 2. Use
  • for lists of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose 3. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading 4. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings 5. Preserve ALL substantive information 6. Remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions) 7. Include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it 8. Never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text 9. Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them 10. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences Let me analyze the job posting: - Job title: "Regional Client Partner – US (East Coast / New York)" - should NOT be a heading - Location: "New York, NY (or surrounding region) – Hybrid / Field-based role" - this is metadata, fold into a short

or drop - About Greenpark: company description - Our Values: company values - About the role: role description - What you will do: responsibilities broken into subsections (Client Growth & Retention, New Business & Business Development, Cross-Functional Leadership & Delivery, Thought Leadership & Market Intelligence, Team Development) - Experience & Skills: requirements/qualifications - Behaviours: behavioral expectations - What We Offer: benefits I need to structure this with appropriate h3 headings. Let me map: - "About the role" -> h3 "About the role" with prose - "What you will do" -> h3 "Responsibilities" with subsections as lists - "Experience & Skills" -> h3 "Requirements" with list - "Behaviours" -> h3 "Qualifications" or maybe "Behaviours" - but the rule says use standard headings like Qualifications, Skills. Behaviours could be under Qualifications or separate. I'll use "Qualifications" for the behavioural traits. - "What We Offer" -> h3 "Benefits" with list Also need to include company description and values. Could be under "About the company" or similar. The rules mention "About the role" as a heading example. I'll include "About the company" for Greenpark description and values. Location metadata: "New York, NY (or surrounding region) – Hybrid / Field-based role" - I'll put in a short

at the top. No Pay or Schedule sections mentioned, so omit. Now, I need to preserve all substantive information. For lists, use

    • . For prose, use

. Let me write the HTML fragment. First, a

      for location/metadata. Then sections:

      About the role

As Regional Client Partner, you will be the face of the agency in your territory. You will own the relationship, commercial growth, and strategic direction for existing major clients to drive organic upsells, whilst also wearing a new business hat to attract new clients. The balance between existing client growth and new business will flex. Initially, you will be assigned two or three existing pieces of business to ensure you still have capacity to handle new business conversion. Supported by our London-based specialists (search, content, strategy, etc.), you will lead or spearhead initial, in-person engagements, and serve as the primary trusted advisor.

      Responsibilities

      Client Growth & Retention

      • Lead strategic client relationships with existing major clients based in the US (e.g., Unilever, Magnum, UFS, Essity).
      • Develop and execute account plans to grow revenue, deepen service adoption, and deliver value.
      • li>Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (marketing VPs, CMOs, etc.), bringing strategic insight and thought leadership.
      • Coordinate quarterly business reviews (QBRs), presenting performance, strategy, and forward roadmap.

      New Business & Business Development

      • Be the primary, face-to-face point of contact for new business opportunities in your region.
      • Partner with our London-based team to qualify pipeline and convert new clients.
      • Lead pitches, proposals, and negotiations, shaping client solutions in partnership with internal specialists.
      • Collaborate with the agency’s leadership (strategy, search, social, content heads) to craft compelling client value propositions.
      • Our current lead proposition is an AI Visibility Audit as part of LLM visibility workstreams, driving much interest and acting as a lead magnet/door opener.

      Cross-Functional Leadership & Delivery

      • Work closely with delivery leads (search, content, strategy, creative, project management) to ensure client briefs are translated into smart, effective solutions.
      • Lead agency resourcing and staffing planning for your accounts, balancing capacity, profitability, and client needs, including recommendations for US-based recruitment as the business scales.
      • Monitor P&L for your clients — forecasting, profitability, and budget management.
      • Escalate and manage client issues, ensuring high satisfaction and timely resolution.

      Thought Leadership & Market Intelligence

      • Stay abreast of U.S. market trends in search, social, and AI visibility.
      • Bring industry insight into strategy conversations, helping shape client direction and campaign innovation.
      • Represent the agency at industry events, networking, and client conferences.

      Team Development

      • Recruit, mentor and lead client-facing team members (e.g., Account Directors, Content strategists) in the U.S. as the business scales.
      • Help build a culture of collaboration, excellence, and shared ownership between the U.S. region and the London team.

      Requirements

      • Proven Agency Experience: Minimum 10 years in a digital, creative, social, marketing or media agency environment, ideally with search, social or integrated capabilities.
      • Senior Stakeholder Management: Experience working at C-level or senior marketing stakeholder level, especially in global or regional brands.
      • Commercial Acumen: Comfortable owning P&L, forecasting, budget negotiations, and driving profitability.
      • Business Development: Strong track record of winning new business and expanding existing client relationships.
      • Strategic Mindset: Able to translate business goals into marketing strategies, align performance metrics, and guide internal teams.
      • Cross-Channel Knowledge: Understanding of search (SEO/GEO/AEO/PPC), paid social, content strategy, and measurement frameworks.
      • Communication & Presentation: Exceptional presenter, negotiator, and storyteller. Skilled in business reviews, client workshops, and pitches.
      • Leadership: Experience leading account teams, mentoring, and working with distributed teams (e.g., in other geographies).
      • Resilience & Travel: Willingness to travel frequently in the U.S. for face-to-face meetings.
      • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

      Qualifications

We are different from traditional network agencies — independent, growing, and not perfect. We learn from mistakes, work together, and always find a way to drive things forward. We are looking for an experienced senior who is ambitious and looking to drive the growth of Greenpark alongside the management team. Someone who is:

      • Hands up and hands in – offering support and diving in to fix things
      • A radiator not a drain – brings energy and clarity, not noise and confusion
      • Action and solution orientated
      • A driver not a passenger
      • A meticulous checker and on the detail
      • A sponge of information
      • Open to give their point of view and opinion
      • Kind, not just nice: we give constructive feedback to improve others, and take the same constructive feedback to improve ourselves and the environment we work in
      • Thick skinned and warm hearted
      • Part of a team

      Benefits

      • 25 days of holidays + US bank holidays and your birthday off
      • Christmas Closure (extra days on top of your holiday allowance)
      • A monthly entertainment subscription paid by the company (e.g., Amazon Prime, Netflix, Spotify, etc.)
      • Access to VDU Eye Tests and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
      • Participate in wellness and peer recognition initiatives (e.g., On The Spot Awards and Value Champion Awards)
      • LinkedIn Learning – Access to a leading online learning platform with a wide variety of courses including business, creative and technical skills
      • Referral Bonus Scheme
      • Social Events – Major annual social events: Spring, Summer, Halloween and Christmas parties, plus many other ad-hoc events
      • WFA policy – work from abroad for up to 4 weeks per year
      • Yearly Calm subscription
I should not include h4 headings? The rules say use

for section headings. It doesn't forbid h4 for subsections, but to keep it simple, maybe I should keep subsections as part of the list items or use h3 for each major responsibility area? The example headings include "Responsibilities" as a section. The posting has subsections under "What you will do". I could make each a separate h3, but that would be many h3s. The rule: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". It doesn't say we can't use h4. But to be safe, I'll keep the subsections as h4 or just incorporate into the list with bold? But the rule says use
      • for any list of duties. The subsections are categories of duties. I think using h4 is acceptable as subheadings within the Responsibilities section. However, the output should be a fragment, and using h4 is fine. But the instruction says "use

for section headings". It doesn't prohibit other heading levels. I'll use h4 for the subsections. Alternatively, I could make each a separate h3: "Client Growth & Retention", "New Business &
