What You'll Do
- Be the Client Experience Champion
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and consultants, ensuring all communication remains organized, responsive, and professional.
- Build strong relationships while delivering a high-touch, white-glove client experience throughout each engagement.
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate onsite and virtual meetings, ensuring schedules, logistics, and expectations are aligned.
- Maintain multiple projects simultaneously, proactively identifying priorities and adapting quickly as needs evolve.
- Prepare agendas, organize meeting materials, and ensure participants are fully prepared.
- Capture detailed meeting notes, track action items, and follow through to keep projects progressing smoothly.
- Create professional client deliverables, developing polished presentations, handouts, client communications, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain high standards for quality, accuracy, branding, and professionalism across all materials.
- Coordinate the details, managing meeting and event logistics, including room setup, printing, shipping, packaging, and material distribution.
- Support consultants before and after client engagements by organizing documentation and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Afford support a dynamic team, collaborating closely with consultants and internal stakeholders to solve problems, anticipate needs, and deliver outstanding results.
- Afford assistance with travel arrangements and occasional client site visits as needed.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in executive support, client services, project coordination, event planning, consulting support, or a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a proven track record of managing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to interact professionally with senior leaders, clients, and team members.
- Experience preparing presentations, documenting meetings, and maintaining accurate records and follow-up items.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to think critically, exercise sound judgment, and remain flexible in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to work onsite in Troy, NY during training, with the potential for a hybrid schedule after 3+ months.
