Regional Business Director, Endocrinology (Rare Disease) - Carolinas/Georgia

For our client, we are seeking a Regional Business Director, Endocrinology (Rare Disease) - Carolinas/Georgia to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote leadership role will oversee regional sales execution for a specialty endocrinology portfolio, with a focus on driving performance across a defined territory. The position will partner closely with field sales professionals, physicians, and key opinion leaders to strengthen market presence and deliver strong commercial outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring a proven record of building high-performing teams, coaching talent, and using performance metrics to guide execution.
