About the role

Telos Health Systems is reshaping how care is delivered in the post-acute space. We empower clinicians to do their best work—while supporting their growth through ongoing training, collaboration, and innovation. Our team thrives in a culture that values ambition, accountability, and purpose.

We are seeking a driven Regional Business Development Representative (RBDR) to accelerate Telos’s growth across a multi-state territory in the Southeast (residing in Kentucky). In this role, you’ll be on the frontlines of forging strategic partnerships with Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and post-acute operators. Your work will directly expand access to our medical and behavioral health services, helping us transform outcomes for patients nationwide. This is a high-impact position for a seasoned sales professional who is ready to own a territory, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the continued success of one of the fastest-growing healthcare organizations in the country.

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow a strong pipeline by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities with SNFs, LTC chains, and parent organizations.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Create and execute territory strategies that drive consistent quarterly and annual sales performance.
  • Partner with clinical operations and onboarding teams to ensure seamless client integration and long-term success.
  • Represent Telos at industry events, conferences, and on-site client meetings, serving as the face of our brand.
  • Track progress and insights through CRM tools to ensure accountability and data-driven decision making.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of healthcare sales or business development experience (post-acute or behavioral health preferred).
  • Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding sales goals.
  • Weekly travel to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Pay

Uncapped earning potential with a competitive base + commission structure.

Benefits

  • High visibility role with direct impact on Telos’s national growth strategy.
