Responsibilities
- Establish new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth
- Monitor sales performance metrics to ensure objectives are met
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets
- Foster trust-based relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Hire, train, and develop high-performing sales professionals
- Leverage community and industry networks to expand outreach
- Identify and manage top-tier customer portfolios to cultivate strong relationships and drive sales growth
- Travel within the region to meet with customers, and participate in industry events
- Refined sales strategies and processes using market feedback to achieve branch goals
- Lead negotiations and closing bid opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum of seven years of experience in related sales management or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a region
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated success in building and maintaining positive relationships with service-oriented customers and team members
- Proven ability to effectively lead, manage, and develop team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM (Excel power user), and other business enterprise software
- Creativity and flexibility with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced and shifting environment
- Solid working knowledge of forecasting and strategic planning
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed
