What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and referral sources
- Drive admissions and census growth across assigned Regalcare facilities
- Represent Regalcare professionally in the community and at networking events
- Collaborate closely with Admissions, Clinical, and Executive teams
- Track market trends, referral data, and performance metrics
- Support strategic initiatives to expand market share and brand visibility
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in healthcare business development, sales, or marketing
- Long-term care, skilled nursing, or post-acute experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel throughout Massachusetts
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven mindset
