Critical Responsibilities
- Cultivates win-win relationships with key referral sources to drive patient volume within assigned facilities
- Supports development and execution of programs to engage with prospective and current patients to generate additional referrals
- Works collaboratively with the corporate brand team to execute local marketing campaigns
- Successfully executes product launches (e.g. promotion, education, etc.) to meet regional goals
- Gathers, assimilates and analyzes market and competitive information to ensure local marketing activities are effective and efficient
- Acts as marketing liaison to regional staff
- Facilitates and grows relationship with hospital partner staff
Essential Job Functions
- Achieves 40+ sales visits weekly
- Maintains and mines the referral/contact database
- Continually updates competitor maps
- Provides weekly/monthly reporting as assigned
- Attends staff meetings or other company sponsored or mandated meetings as required
- Travels to all facility locations within assign region
- Performs additional duties as assigned
