About the role

Join Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers as a Patient-Centered Technician supporting our Northern VA region centers. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and truly connect with patients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.
  • Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
  • Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
  • Extensive Regional Travel: This position primarily covers Reston but the ability to travel to any of our centers in Northern Virginia on short notice to provide essential coverage is mandatory. Reliable personal transportation capable of facilitating movement to and between sites as operational needs dictate is a mandatory requirement.

Requirements

  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
  • Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma, an Associate's Degree, or equivalent clinical certification, combined with significant relevant work experience.
  • Technical & Clinical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Pay

Starting at $22.00/hour (compensation determined based on education and experience).

Schedule

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts will vary and are scheduled between 7am-7pm. This role requires consistent availability during those hours, though exact shift times may vary.
