Join Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers as a Patient-Centered Technician in Glen Allen, VA! We're seeking a technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our outpatient centers.

- Location: Based primarily in our Glen Allen center but may require travel to other area centers as needed. Reliable personal transportation is required to travel between centers.
Your Role
- Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.
- Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
- Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or an Associate's Degree, and/or an equivalent clinical certification, combined with significant relevant work experience in patient care or in fast-paced in-person patient care or customer care roles.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
- Technical & Clinical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD preferred). Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) required. Strong grasp of appropriate patient/provider boundaries required. Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines (a plus).
- Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided). Reliable personal transportation to travel between centers is required.

- Selected candidate will be eligible to participate in the Company’s employee benefit plans, which currently include: health insurance; dental insurance; vision insurance; optional supplemental medical insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; company-paid life insurance and additional voluntary life insurance; company-paid short term disability and long term disability insurance; participation in a 401(k) savings and investment plan with company contribution; and paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time. Full-time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex-PTO, which allows time off without accrual. If applicable and required under state law, the successful candidate will also be eligible for paid sick leave.
