Regional Banking Relationship Manager III

Regional Banking Relationship Manager focused on acquiring new business relationships and deepening existing customer relationships for businesses with sales of $2 MM to $50 MM and credit exposure up to $25 MM. Recommended portfolio size ranges from 30 to 80 clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain profitable Business Banking relationships with businesses (sales $2 MM to $50 MM, credit exposure up to $25 MM).
• Prospect new business and expand/deepen existing relationships through insights and guidance to business owners.
• Meet with business owners to understand needs, recommend solutions, and negotiate pricing and fees.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver customer solutions within a team environment.
• Build and maintain a robust external referral network.
• Manage portfolio of varying sizes and complexities, including quarterly reviews, CAR, and document collection.
• Coordinate loan approvals through the Huntington Loan Center and partner with branch staff and product teams.
• Adhere to pricing discipline and credit quality standards.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of credit packages with the Huntington Loan Center and Commercial Loan Servicing.
• Monitor maturing loans, renewals, daily overdrafts, and past-due loans.
• Cooperate with collections and financial recovery groups for timely collections and workouts of graded credits.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4-year combination of education and business banking/commercial experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of Business Banking or Commercial experience.

Pay

Compensation range: $77,000.00 – $154,000.00. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and education. Eligible for incentive compensation plan.
