About the Division

The SensArray division is the world's leading provider of in-situ processing measurement and control solutions for the semiconductor industry. SensArray supports both semiconductor fabs and mask shops to ensure high yields and cost-effective manufacturing, enabling Automated Process Control (APC) for process optimization and yield improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer adoption and utilization of SensArray products.
  • Execute evaluations, demonstrations, and technical troubleshooting at customer sites.
  • Provide technical support for SensArray products, both on-site and remotely.
  • Develop application methodologies for etch, deposition, lithography, wafer handling, factory automation, and advanced packaging.
  • Analyze process and equipment performance data, presenting actionable recommendations to customers.
  • Maintain high uptime of SensArray metrology tools through technical debug and support.
  • Interface with Engineering, Advanced Development, SW, FW, Ops, and Manufacturing teams to deliver a customer-first experience.
  • Develop and maintain customer presentations, product overview materials, application notes, technical documentation, white papers, publications, and product spec sheets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of semiconductor process experience or work inside a semiconductor fab.
  • 3+ years in the semiconductor capital equipment industry or inside a semiconductor fab.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including one or more of: etch, CVD/PVD/ALD, CMP, or lithography.
  • Familiarity with process and metrology concepts.
  • Up to 40% travel (domestic/international), with rare last-minute travel for customer emergencies.
  • Hands-on experience with AI, including building agents/skills (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of program management experience (preferred).
  • Experience in advanced packaging or semiconductor metrology (preferred).

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree with 3+ years of related work experience or Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related work experience.
  • Degree must be in a technical field such as Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor processing technologies, including one or more of: CVD/ALD/PVD, plasma etch, thermal processing, wafer handling, automation, or advanced packaging.

Pay

Base pay range: $102,000.00 – $173,400.00 annually.
