Essential Job Functions
- Develop customer applications with technical and engineering support.
- Collaborate with customers and engineers to assess and determine technical requirements.
- Aid customers in selecting appropriate products and specifications, supported by technical data.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations on IKO products and services.
- Support customers in solving product-related problems.
- Partner with sales teams to understand customer needs and provide support (if not handling the account directly).
- Manage order placement and delivery logistics (for owned accounts).
- Plan and adjust products to align with customer requirements.
- Conduct research and development of new products and services.

Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; 3–5 years of engineering experience; sales experience is a plus.
- Language: Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
