Essential Job Functions

  • Develop customer applications with technical and engineering support.
  • Collaborate with customers and engineers to assess and determine technical requirements.
  • Aid customers in selecting appropriate products and specifications, supported by technical data.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations on IKO products and services.
  • Support customers in solving product-related problems.
  • Partner with sales teams to understand customer needs and provide support (if not handling the account directly).
  • Manage order placement and delivery logistics (for owned accounts).
  • Plan and adjust products to align with customer requirements.
  • Conduct research and development of new products and services.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; 3–5 years of engineering experience; sales experience is a plus.
  • Language: Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
