Application Development Engineer

Job Scope

The Application Development Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and supporting advanced material solutions for applications in electrical power and electronics. This role partners closely with customers and internal teams to translate application requirements into tailored formulations and processing solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience working with thermoset materials, including epoxy and polyurethane systems.
• Strong knowledge of resin chemistry, formulation development, and structure-property relationships.
• Experience with material characterization and analytical techniques (e.g., DSC, TGA, viscosity, thermal conductivity, and mechanical testing).
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills in processing, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
