Regional Advisor II - National Scholar Recruitment
About the role
We’re looking for a relationship-driven professional who is passionate about connecting outstanding students with opportunities available at Texas A&M University. In this role, you’ll develop and implement strategic recruitment, admissions, financial aid, and outreach initiatives designed to attract and enroll highly talented prospective students, including high-achieving populations such as National Merit Scholars. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who thrives on building partnerships with students, families, counselors, and community stakeholders. You'll also serve as a mentor and trainer for team members while taking the lead on key recruitment programs and initiatives. Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and contribute to increasing the population of admitted and enrolled high-achieving students in designated high schools and regions.
- Work directly with prospective students and parents through the entire admissions, scholarship, and financial aid application process; follow up on specific questions and troubleshoot issues.
- Coordinate with high school counselors to facilitate the admissions, financial aid, and scholarship application process.
