Regional ADS Manager - PTCB

Responsibilities

• Oversight of ADS/CUBEX operations across assigned facilities and states.
• Ensuring operational consistency, inventory accountability, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitoring replenishment workflows, inventory levels, and medication management processes.
• Supporting ADS implementations, expansions, and operational improvements.
• Developing and maintaining standardized ADS procedures and workflows.
• Managing and supporting field technicians and ADS support personnel.
• Cooking and supporting technician schedules, coverage, and route planning.
• Aiding in onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Maintaining strong relationships with facility leadership and nursing staff.
• Responding to operational concerns, escalations, and service-related issues.
• Conducting audits and investigating inventory discrepancies and operational variances.
• Supporting quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Providing routine on-site support and travel throughout the assigned region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care pharmacy experience required.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Experience with automated dispensing systems, including CUBEX, Omnicell, Pyxis, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple facilities and priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of inventory management and medication accountability practices.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pharmacist license preferred.
• Pharmacy Technician certification preferred.
• Multi-site operational management experience.
• Experience supervising field-based employees.
• Knowledge of LTC pharmacy operations, compliance standards, and controlled substance accountability.
