About the Role
The Regional Admin Manager is responsible for all administration functions within a specific region, directing and coordinating administration work, and supporting services within departments and local branches or satellite offices. This role performs administration duties supporting operations and management, manages projects, events, and company meetings, and provides input into budget development and operational decisions.
Responsibilities
- Manage designated administration support, including selection, training, orientation, and work assignments.
- Ensure all administration work within the region is completed timely and accurately.
- Maintain the company’s telephone coverage and customer service standards.
- Review, evaluate, and measure employee performance against company goals; recommend promotions, job changes, or compensation adjustments.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development for staff to ensure continued success and future advancement.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring, counseling, discipline, and termination policies.
- Determine staffing levels, oversee employee scheduling, and foster a cooperative and productive work environment.
- Address and resolve employee concerns and issues in a timely manner.
- Utilize company software and proprietary systems to generate reports for operations and management review.
- Participate in planning processes and establish goals and objectives; stay abreast of organizational changes and business needs.
- Provide clear direction to administration staff and encourage process improvements.
- Train administration staff on superior customer service skills and monitor service quality across divisions.
- Lead the administration team with well-structured meetings and consistent communication.
- Audit and calculate all commission and incentive programs within the region.
- Lead local or corporate-sponsored events.
- Travel 10%–15% to Southeast regional offices (Atlanta, GA; Dalton, GA; Nashville, TN; Huntsville, AL).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Business degree preferred; minimum requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of five (5) years of administrative management or operations management experience, including multi-branch administration, or ten (10) years of management experience if no degree.
- Direct experience with managing administrative staff, reporting, customer service, sales order entry, contracts, billing, invoicing, and auditing.
- Willingness to travel 10%–15% to Southeast regional offices.
- Successful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, and drug screen required prior to hire.
- Good driving record.
Skills
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems, BI reports, dashboards, and familiarity with AI.
- Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
- High sense of urgency with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
