About the Role

The Regional Activation Manager for the Southeast will bring our brand to life across key markets in the region. This role leads the planning and execution of regional activations, events, partnerships, and market-level initiatives that build brand awareness, deepen consumer engagement, and drive business results. Working closely with cross-functional teams and local partners, you’ll translate broader brand strategy into impactful, locally relevant experiences while ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of activations in your region: venue sourcing, vendor/staffing coordination, on-site logistics, and day-of management.
  • Localize national campaign concepts for your market’s audience.
  • Manage regional budget, ensuring spend tracks to plan and ROI is measurable.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local partners, venues, and vendors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regional stakeholders.
  • Travel within the region as needed (up to ~50-60%) for on-site activation support.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of relevant experience.
  • A builder and executor who loves turning big-picture brand strategy into memorable, on-the-ground experiences.
  • Understanding of how to bring a brand to life locally, adapting national priorities to resonate with consumers and communities across the Southeast.
  • A natural relationship builder who can develop strong partnerships with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and local stakeholders.
  • Comfortable owning activations from concept through execution, managing timelines, budgets, logistics, and partners along the way.
  • A strong pulse on culture, consumer trends, and what’s happening in your markets, and the ability to turn those insights into action.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment; naturally curious and proactive self-starter, constantly on the lookout for new opportunities and solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive; thrive as a self-starter and excel in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to absorb and distill complexity into simple terms to drive decision making.
  • Comfortable spending significant time in-market and traveling throughout the Southeast to support activations, partners, and key opportunities.
  • Based in Nashville or Boca.
  • Love dogs.

Benefits

  • Dog-friendly office in SoHo.
  • Market-competitive compensation and equity packages.
  • Comprehensive Healthcare, Dental, and Vision.
  • Company-supported mental health benefits.
  • 12-week paid parental leave.
  • Competitive 401k plan with company match.
  • Flexible PTO.
  • Discounted fresh food for your pup.
  • Pet interruptions during video calls (and in-person meetings) are a feature, not a bug.

Office Guidelines

While this role is remote and regional, you may occasionally be required to travel to our main offices.

Belonging Philosophy

At TFD, we believe Belonging is a shared commitment to creating a workplace where every person feels respected, valued, and empowered to be themselves. When people feel a true sense of belonging, they do their best work, take smart risks, and bring forward diverse perspectives — leading to stronger decisions and deeper relationships. We anchor this belief in a simple phrase: “Everyone’s welcome at the dog park.” No matter your background, identity, or role, there’s space for you here. There’s no one way to show up at the dog park — just shared space, mutual respect, and the freedom to be yourself.

Being included is just the beginning; it’s about contributing your voice, growing through challenges, and building trust through shared goals. This philosophy guides how we lead, hire, communicate, and grow. We continuously evaluate to ensure we are creating a consistent experience that cultivates belonging for all employees, from hiring and performance reviews to talent development. We also believe Belonging happens in everyday moments of connection; lunch with a new teammate, a shared laugh, or a quick story about your weekend. Our structure includes biannual employee surveys, manager training, TFD camps, and support from Humans to ensure we’re listening and learning from our Team.
