About the Role

The Farmer’s Dog was born from a mission to change the landscape of pet health, providing dogs and their humans with honest, smart, and simple care. We’re starting by radically improving the $90 billion pet food industry, replacing bags of highly-processed pellets with a personalized subscription service that sends complete and balanced, freshly-made dog food directly to customers’ doors. Our ultimate goal is to create innovative, delightful, and personalized experiences across all aspects of pet care.

As the Regional Activation Manager for the Northeast, you’ll be responsible for bringing our brand to life across key markets throughout the Northeast region. This role leads the planning and execution of regional activations, events, partnerships, and market-level initiatives that build brand awareness, deepen consumer engagement, and drive business results. Working closely with cross-functional teams and local partners, the Regional Activation Manager will translate broader brand strategy into impactful, locally relevant experiences while ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across the region.

What We Stand For

  • One Team: We align ourselves to goals, not departments. We solve problems holistically by getting the right people with the right context in the right rooms.
  • Skeptical about everything, precious about nothing: Ideas can come from anywhere. We proactively source input and change course if a better solution exists.
  • Customer journey in all decisions: We ensure every interaction sets customers up for success and drives long-term retention.
  • Execute for Impact: We focus on being the best we can be, not on benchmarks or rigid role expectations.
  • Focused and work without assumption: We treat everything beyond goals as hypotheses to validate, working sequentially to confirm or reject them quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of activations in your region: venue sourcing, vendor/staffing coordination, on-site logistics, and day-of management.
  • Localize national campaign concepts for your market’s audience.
  • Manage regional budget, ensuring spend tracks to plan and ROI is measurable.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local partners, venues, and vendors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regional stakeholders.
  • Travel within the region as needed (up to ~50-60%) for on-site activation support.

Requirements

  • At least two years of relevant experience.
  • A builder and executor who loves turning big-picture brand strategy into memorable, on-the-ground experiences.
  • Ability to bring a brand to life locally, adapting national priorities to resonate with consumers and communities across the Northeast.
  • A natural relationship builder who can develop strong partnerships with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and local stakeholders.
  • Comfortable owning activations from concept through execution, managing timelines, budgets, logistics, and partners.
  • A strong pulse on culture, consumer trends, and market insights, and the ability to turn those into action.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment; proactive self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Skilled communicator who can distill complexity into simple terms to drive decision-making.
  • Comfortable with significant in-market travel throughout the Northeast to support activations and partnerships.
  • Love dogs.
