About the role
TerraClear is seeking a Regional Account Manager to build strong, trusted relationships with Growers and Resellers while driving revenue growth across the assigned territory. This is a field-based role focused on in-person customer engagement, solution-based selling, and long-term account development within the Agriculture Industry.
Responsibilities
- Sell and manage accounts within the assigned territory, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting meetings, presenting solutions, negotiating deals, and providing ongoing support.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Growers, Resellers, and Industry Partners by serving as a trusted advisor and representing TerraClear with professionalism and credibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, providing regular customer feedback to inform sales strategy, forecasting, and product development.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication using TerraClear systems (Smartsheet, HubSpot, Google Docs, Slack).
Requirements
- 5+ years of successful territory sales management experience with Ag Retailers and/or Seed Dealers, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Established relationships within Grower and Reseller communities in your assigned territory.
- Comfortable operating in an ambiguous, start-up environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a commitment to utilizing CRM tools as part of your day to day job.
- Independent, self-motivated, and a self-starter with high activity levels.
- Willingness to travel up to 2–3 weeks per month.
Qualifications
- Established network within the Ag Retailers and Seed Dealers.
- Deep understanding of farming operations.
- Comfort discussing and selling new technology, including AI, software, and automation.
- Agricultural base degree.
Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and systems.

Base salary $75,000–$90,000 USD + commission
