About the role
The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for launching, managing, and growing accounts within an assigned region for Farmer's Fridge. You’ll own post-launch client relationships, ensure consistent and reliable service, and represent the voice of the client across the organization.
Responsibilities
- New Account Launch and Implementation
- Manage end to end implementation of new accounts, including planning, client communication, and operational readiness.
- Serve as the primary client contact throughout the launch process.
- Ensure new locations open with proper branding, product mix, merchandising, and service schedules.
- Implement account activation and marketing strategies
- Maintain ongoing relationships with assigned clients and conduct regular business reviews.
- Monitor performance data and provide insights that improve sales, reduce waste, and strengthen client satisfaction.
- Own resolution of client issues by partnering with internal teams
- Identify expansion opportunities for additional Fridges, expanded service programs, or increased volume.
- Support Sales in regional strategy planning, proposals, and client conversations.
- Resolve inbound tickets and ensure timely follow-up with Client Services.
- Communicate performance and service needs to Operations and Fulfillment teams.
- Provide Demand Planning with accurate updates on projected volume changes, seasonal patterns, program adjustments, and special requests
- Advocate for client needs internally.
- Proactively escalate risks and collaborate on solutions to protect long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- Three or more years of account management, customer success, or related client-facing experience.
- Experience in foodservice, CPG, or distributed operations preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze performance data and drive action.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- Ability to travel regionally as required < 15%

Pay
The base salary range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000. The base pay offered will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.
