Regional Account Manager
About the role
Join Team CARFAX as a Regional Account Manager. One last thing: Our four-day week continues in Summer 2026!
Responsibilities
- Maintain, retain and grow strong relationships while up-selling products and services
- Achieve monthly revenue goals by driving growth with existing CARFAX dealers
- Increase customer awareness, engagement and retention by sharing the value proposition of CARFAX products through regular on-site visits
- Have full ownership of the health and growth of your territory
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing & retaining key accounts
- 3+ years field sales & service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Ability to persuade & influence key decision makers by being a CARFAX product expert
- Goal oriented and results focused with the ability to work independently
- Excellent computer skills including working from an iPad/iPhone
- Ability to drive a vehicle to customer locations for 8 hours each day, entering and exiting the vehicle regularly to conduct onsite customer meetings
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $55,000 to $75,000 annually. Final base salary for this role will be based on geographical location as well as experience and qualifications.
