Location: 850 Silas Deane Highway, Wethersfield, Connecticut, 06109 What You'll Do As a Regional A/R Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable operations within your designated region, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Your work will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our operations. Key Responsibilities Of a Regional A/R Manager Manage and oversee the accounts receivable functions for multiple facilities within the region Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize the AR process and ensure timely collectionsMonitor aging reports and follow up on delinquent accounts to minimize bad debt and maximize cash flowCoordinate with facility administrators and billing staff to resolve billing discrepancies and address payment issuesProvide training and support to facility staff on billing processes, coding requirements, and collection strategiesCollaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts, prepare financial reports, and analyze AR performance metricsAct as a liaison between the regional offices and corporate headquarters, communicating AR status, trends, and challenges If you’re passionate about playing a critical role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our operations, in an environment where your expertise and dedication are valued and appreciated, we invite you to join our team as a Regional A/R Manager. What You'll Bring Qualifications of a Regional A/R Manager: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable management, preferably in the healthcare or long-term care industryStrong understanding of billing and reimbursement processes, including Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payersProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholdersProven leadership abilities with experience managing teams and driving resultsDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills We Hire for Heart!
