About the role

The Regional Territory Sales Manager is responsible for expanding the company’s market share in a designated territory. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share in the assigned territory.
  • Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure successful performance.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with key clients to foster long-term business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company’s products/services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of increasing market share and client retention.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a team effectively and provide leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.

Qualifications

  • Self-motivated and results-driven individual with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Experience in managing a sales team and providing coaching and training.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
