Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Architecture coordination across all divisions, ensuring each division has support on new plans
- Management of plans, including coordinating with architects, reviewing updates and distribution plan sets to applicable divisions
- Act as lead for special projects at the request of Region Purchasing Department
- Monitor and track quantity changes on new plans
- Day-to-day operational support to the Region Purchasing Manager
- Oversee and manage the cloud-based plan management system to ensure accuracy at all times
- Communicate with other departments regarding issues that impact accounting and purchasing
- Handle confidential and non-routine information with discretion
- Organize and prioritize large volumes of information
- Audit Divisions to ensure proper collection of all rebates
- Develop solutions to resolve issues as needed
- Interface with Corporate Purchasing Development Team to include maintaining and enhancing the Rebate/Incentive programs
- Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
- Ability to work overtime
- Ability to travel overnight
Qualifications
- Construction experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
- One to two years of related experience and/or training
- Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
- Sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision
- The noise level is generally moderate
