About the role
Carrier Enterprise (CE) is a subsidiary of Watsco, Inc., a leading independent HVAC/R distribution company. CE distributes leading brands such as Carrier, Bryant, Payne, GREE, and others, with over 200 locations across 28 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico, and Canada. CE aims to provide Comfort Excellence to the HVAC/R industry and become a world-class distribution company through service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the regional team to establish strategies, goals, and actions for aggressive growth targets.
- Provide leadership to the organization, focusing on exceptional service, market differentiation, and competitive advantage.
- Develop strategies for increasing market share within existing accounts and markets, and expanding into new segments.
- Enable ongoing process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and best practice sharing in logistics and supply chain management.
- Create clear sales metrics and benchmarks to measure progress and maintain focus.
- Build a customer service-focused culture where exceeding customer expectations drives processes and policies.
- Seek continuous improvement in staff capabilities and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to create a winning go-to-market strategy and flawless execution.
- Adhere to Sarbanes-Oxley rules, internal controls policies, and company financial policies.
- Maintain current knowledge of the human capital industry, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Identify and hire top talent, employing best practices.

- A willingness and ability to travel as required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, with a Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of distribution experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a Senior Leadership role.
