About the role

Manages and supports Registered Wealth Associates in Illinois and Iowa. Coordinates operational activities and ensures quality service for both internal and external customers. Oversees adherence to policies and procedures, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Directs operational activities for assigned functional area(s)/region(s)
  • Manages high performance teams of entry level and skilled professionals
  • Ensures adherence to corporate policies and procedures
  • Reviews and improves operational systems and procedures
  • Participates in the review and improvement of operational systems and procedures relevant to assigned units

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Eight or more years of relevant experience
  • Thorough knowledge of operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services supported by the assigned area(s)
  • Understanding of applicable Federal and State laws and regulations
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable products, programs, financial analysis and related documentation as applicable
  • Good organizational, managerial and project management skills
  • Well-developed customer relations skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent supervisory and management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

  • Industry licenses 24, 7, 63, 65 and Insurance Life and Health

Skills

Pay
