Region Operations Director

This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a consumer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor competitor pricing activities and market surveys to ensure market competitiveness
• Evaluate financial status through review of various reports including cash flow and profit margins
• Develop and implement marketing strategies in consultation with gasoline and marketing teams
• Conduct facility inspections to maintain cleanliness and operational standards
• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety practices and providing training
• Prepare annual budget and analyze variances to achieve financial objectives
• Recruit, train, and oversee staff to enhance employee effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred, with equivalent experience acceptable
• A minimum of 10 years in the convenience store/gasoline industry, including at least 5 years in management
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to travel up to 50% annually as required
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills
• Must possess a valid driver's license

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
